This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and HaeYo, operated by HaeYo Tech LLP ("HaeYo", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the HaeYo mobile application ("Licensed Application"), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
HaeYo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules. The license is for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, lease, sublicense, or transfer the application except where permitted by applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HaeYo.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable laws, and use HaeYo respectfully. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Some features require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
Your use of HaeYo is also governed by the HaeYo Privacy Policy. HaeYo may collect technical, diagnostic, and device information to maintain, improve, and secure the application.
HaeYo may provide access to third-party services. Their availability and content are the responsibility of the respective providers.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and content are owned by HaeYo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Licensed Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaeYo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Licensed Application.
HaeYo may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the application. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
This Agreement is between you and HaeYo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application, its content, maintenance, or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
HaeYo may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
